  • Assist in the selection of a hair stylist, make-up artist, pedicurist/manicurist
  • Coordination of ceremony and reception details- favors, menu cards, place cards, etc..
  • Type place card or menu card information for the calligrapher
  • Coordinate any additional rentals for the ceremony or reception
  • Prepare maps/programs for the event
  • Purchasing and assembling favors for the guests (cost of gift is extra)
  • Preparation of seating lists and place cards for the reception
  • Preparation of the reception floor plan
  • Prepare a timeline from the week before the wedding to the day of the event
