- Coordination of a theme/design- selecting the appropriate music (band, DJ, chamber music), entertainment, floral, lighting, linens, menu, menu cards, place cards, etc…)
- Coordinate any rentals for the ceremony or reception
- Preparation and execution of the Save-the-Date invitation
- Coordinating all stationary needs- Designing invitations, reception cards, rehearsal dinner invitations, shower invitations, thank you cards, ordering of stationary, addressing envelopes (calligraphy extra charge), stuffing and stamping envelopes and mailing invitations.
- Prepare maps/programs for the event
- Monthly schedule of bridal events, tastings, shows and appointments
- Preparation of seating lists and place cards for the reception

- Preparation with the Bride and Groom in the ceremony outline
- Facilitate the Ceremony Rehearsal
- Prepare a checklist and responsibilities for the wedding party for weekend of the wedding
- Ensure the bridal party and participating family is familiar of their roles and cues for the ceremony
- Responsible for marriage license and rings the day of the wedding
- Set out guest book, petals, unity candle, programs, etc.. at the ceremony
- Confirm vendors are on time, set up and providing services specified on the contract
- Provide Bridal Emergency Kit
- Pining of the boutonnières and corsages
- Lighting of the candles at the ceremony or reception
- Assist in the processional, timing and spacing of bridesmaids
- Transport any items (flowers, candles, guest book) from the ceremony to the reception
- Set up toasting flutes, guest book, gift basket for envelopes, favors, menu cards, place cards, cake knife and server, etc.. at the reception
- Collect bridesmaids bouquets and use as bride has specified
- Assist the bride in bustling her dress, changing into a reception dress and/or removing her veil
- Manage the flow of the reception
- Cue the introduction of the Bride and Groom, first dance, father daughter dance, mother son dance, dinner, cake cutting, toasts,, bouquet/garter toss, couples departure
- Package additional wedding cake and prepare a small box for the Bride and Groom
- Distribute petals, confetti, bubbles, sparklers, etc.. for Bride and Grooms farewell
- Return florist rental items
- Return baker rental items
- Assistance in planning the honeymoon
- Decoration of the Honeymoon Suite the night of the wedding
- Honeymoon gift basket and a bottle of champagne included in the suite
- Ensure all gifts brought to the reception will be delivered to the couples specified location
